General Terms and Conditions

By placing an order through the Keizer Kicks webshop, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions and enter into a legally binding agreement with Keizer Kicks.


1. Orders

1.1 When a customer places an order via the webshop, a purchase agreement is concluded.

1.2 We strive to keep our webshop information as accurate as possible. However, Keizer Kicks’ inventory is subject to change. We therefore reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, incorrectly listed, or unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

1.3 Keizer Kicks reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

1.4 If we are unable to deliver an order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The customer will be offered the option to:

  • Cancel the order and receive a full refund within 14 days, or
  • Accept a new proposed delivery date if the product becomes available later.

1.5 Keizer Kicks reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.

1.6 Orders for which no payment has been received will be automatically cancelled.


2. Payment

2.1 The following payment methods are available in our webshop:

  • iDEAL
  • Bancontact

2.2 After placing and paying for your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

2.3 For questions regarding your order, please contact us at info@keizerkicks.nl. We aim to respond within 24 hours.


3. Shipping

3.1 We ship orders using PostNL (within the European Union) and PostNL or UPS (outside the European Union). Shipping rates are listed on the Shipping & Returns page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code.

3.2 Customers with both a billing and shipping address outside the European Union are not required to pay VAT. VAT will automatically be excluded at checkout once the address details are confirmed.

3.3 For shipments outside the EU, Keizer Kicks does not cover customs duties, import taxes, or related fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.4 Keizer Kicks is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or incorrectly delivered due to errors by the shipping company or due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. We act solely as an intermediary between the customer and the shipping provider.


4. Delivery Status

4.1 Once your package has been handed over to the shipping partner and processed at the sorting center, you will receive a tracking code.

4.2 Keizer Kicks is not responsible for delivery errors, delays, or lost packages caused by the shipping partner.

4.3 Upon delivery, please inspect the package and its contents before signing for receipt. Only sign if the contents appear correct and undamaged.


5. Product Quality and Defective Products

5.1 We take great care to accurately display our products through images and descriptions. Minor differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

5.2 If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match the description, please contact our customer service within a reasonable time via info@keizerkicks.nl, including clear photos of the issue.


6. Returns Policy

6.1 Returns are only accepted for defective products.

6.2 If a product is defective upon arrival, you must contact Keizer Kicks via email at info@keizerkicks.nl before returning the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6.3 Once the defect has been verified, Keizer Kicks will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

6.4 Products that are not defective are not eligible for return.


7. Exchanges

7.1 Exchanges are not accepted.

7.2 Please carefully review product details, sizing, and descriptions before placing your order.


8. Refunds

8.1 Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • A defective product has been returned and approved, or
  • An order has been cancelled by Keizer Kicks.

8.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.


9. Discount Codes

9.1 Discount codes are valid for three (3) months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

9.2 Discount codes are not personal, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can be used for full or partial payment of an order.

9.3 Once a discount code is used, it expires. Any remaining balance will also expire.


10. Use of Website Content

10.1 All content on the Keizer Kicks website, including logos, images, videos, and text, is the property of Keizer Kicks or its partners.

10.2 Use of our content without prior written permission is prohibited. Requests for use can be sent to info@keizerkicks.nl.
